We ordered breakfast here last Friday and one of the Sausage, Egg, Cheese Biscuits we ordered had a black hair laying across the Egg. I noticed at the counter when I ordered that no one in the kitchen was wearing a hair net, but I didn’t think much about it at the time. We sure will never eat there again !

So tired of them trying to force you to use the kiosk. As I stood at the counter to place my order, four employees knew I was standing there and kept looking at me. I guess McDonald's doesn't believe in counter service anymore. Also, looks like I don't get breakfast this morning

Thiss is the 5th time. I have ordered food for my grandson and mom. Yall continue to mess up the order. Everytime I call yall say call Door Dash. Well employees and manager Guess what ??Dashers don’t fix the food u all doooo!!!’ Tonight he didn’t get Apple juice and his burger was wrong again. The nuggets were cold and hard. I paid for extra sweet and sour sauce yall forgot it again. Let’s not talk about the 5 times so far yall have not put my sweet and sour sauce in the bag. Found rat feces on my sauce container that was thrown in my bag on top of my food. Tried to call store to advise them and call would be answered but with no response and phone would just be layed down where background noise could be heard. Then kept calling back and phone was left off the hook for hours. Will never go back here.
