Went to get my sick wife some food. Went inside and stood at the counter for awhile no one acknowledged me let alone came to take my order. I just walked out. Piece of advice. Not everyone needs to be working drive through you also have indoor customers
Stopped here on a road trip to grab a quick lunch. Except for it wasn’t quick at all. We ordered 2 sandwiches, fries, & 4 nuggets. The order took 20 MINUTES to come out. The restaurant did have a decent amount of people, but nothing more than a typical lunch rush in my eyes. It also didn’t appear like the place was understaffed, there were TONS of workers visible. I went through the drive thru on Friday November 21st at 9:15 pm and the customer service was absolutely terrible the order taker didn't read the order back to me didn't greet me properly and the lady that handed me my food was very disrespectful didn't even make sure that everything was made correctly all my food wasn't even fresh the French fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there all day long.
