excellent customer service
I've been by this location about a half a dozen times now, and it's always solid. I've had accurate orders, friendly staff, and smooth ordering/pickup. It does get a little busy at peak times like lunch, but moves smoothly. I'm often waved forward to wait for even a fairly small order, but it takes only a minute and probably helps there order time metrics. Decided to try the Big Arch, and I'm a big fan.
