Staff let my food sit ready and manager chatting with uber drivers while it sits there
There should never be an 8 minute wait on a single coffee order, that wasn’t even done right. coffee wasn’t fresh but even making fresh one only requires 3 minutes to brew. Things like this could be avoided especially if the shift manager can be seen sitting on her phone at the back.
Everything is so dirty
The staff here was extremely rude and showed zero interest while taking our order. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this; we’ve faced the exact same poor treatment here before. This branch is completely lacking in discipline, customer service, and friendly staff. Additionally, the hygiene here is unfortunately very poor. I will never bring my children to this location again.
