Got a milkshake
They never get the order right. When they do they forget the straws. Absolutely terrible. The only time an order has a chance of being correct is on a weekday morning. Had to go back as they forgot a meal. Asked for BLT no egg. The receipt says no egg….there was egg. They still didnt get it right and that’s after screwing up the order in the first place
When I stop at this McDonald’s on my way to work in Belle River I always look forward to being served by Susan. She is consistently pleasant, sweet, and genuinely helpful every single time I visit. Even when the line is long or things get busy, she stays efficient, smiles, and makes you feel truly welcome. Her positive attitude and great service make a huge difference — she’s the kind of employee who turns a quick stop into a nice little bright spot in your day. If you haven’t met her yet, you’re missing out!
