I waited 38 mins in line and ordered on the app. Which charged my CC. I get to the first window, they confirm my order. Get to the pick up window. No record. Employees are rude and not helpful. I didn't get my food so I leave. Still, no refund! So, I call and they say it's my fault. Of course it is. Owners should ride by a chic filet some time because they let this place run this way. I dont like how they treat the teenagers who work here. The General Manager is inappropriate with how he speaks to minors. My daughter was on the phone with her sister whom was working and heard how the Manager talked to her 17 year old little sister. This is why people hate the fast food industry. They expect more pay, but the service is TERRIBLE.
