The manager "Eryn" was the most professional and pleasant manager I have ever met at a McDonalds to date. Watching her keep her workers functioning efficiently was a pleasure. She was polite and explanatory to them. Our root beers tasted like the syrup was low and I brought it to her attention during a rush zone. Eryn is a wonderful manager. Very friendly and very committed to making this location the best it can be. We had a minor issue with our meal and I heard her very politely asking her coworkers to fix it, and they politely thanked her. I heard her telling everyone that she was proud of them and that they were doing great during a rush. I am so impressed that I added this location to my motorcycle destination list. If anyone ever deserved a raise and/or a promotion it is Eryn.
Eryn is such a lovely person! She had apologized because the drink machine had practically ran out of the syrup we needed. She had immediately replaced it, and had been an overall nice person. With her atmosphere and personality, I would work with her, especially with her positive attitude.
