I was given the wrong Big Mac sandwich. Also, per usual at this place, shake machine was down.
I ordered food this morning and the total was $9.58. The lady running the drive thru must have gave herself a dollar tip because my card was charged $10.58. I tried to call but no one answered. She didn’t offer me a receipt now I know why. Because she tipped without my knowledge. Ask for receipts if you go here.
This is not the first time this has happened. I specifically asked for not folded egg, extra bacon that I was charged 1.99 for and extra breakfast sauce that I was also charged extra for just to not get what I paid for to some of you 2.38 is nothing but to me it is.
