Run out of favorite things ie muffins. They are out of certain ones all the time I think it is lack of good management or they would make sure they make more the next bake
Didn't get my order right unfortunately
I come to McDonalds every single morning for my coffee at 5:30am. The new hires that work drive-thru and hard to understand, not friendly in greeting me at the order speaker, don’t ask if I’m collecting points, don’t say even so much as a hello. I have been very disappointed for a while now. Bring back respect and appreciation for the customer please.
