I am both horrified and appalled by the staff putting a cleaning agent in my coffee. I was ignored at the speaker and after pulling up to the first window. I then watched both employees disappear with my coffee and then return and apologize. I breastfeed my infant which makes this situation more serious and terrifying. I have four years experience as a general manager so I understand bad days in quick service.
