This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. My family and I were sitting outside when several birds suddenly flew at our table because of the food. We had to quickly grab our belongings and rush inside to avoid them. Instead of asking if we were okay or offering any assistance, the customer service representative immediately started making comments like, “OMG, they left the trays outside.
