Slow.
I stopped in for a late dinner on a Sunday night. Not many people were dining in, but they had several pick up orders. They could have paid more attention to the counter. I ordered from the kiosk because no one would wait on me at the counter. The staff member that brought my meal out was was polite. The food was good. The restaurant seemed clean and had plenty of seating. They also have LOTS of USB charging ports and electrical outlets available, should you need a charge for your devices while you eat. No soda fountain in the lobby which was a minor inconvenience. It wouldn't have even been a problem if anyone behind the counter bothered to help customers at the counter. They just stood around and uncomfortably started at us and then at each other waiting for someone to help us. My fiance literally had to yell into the back for a couple waters multiple times to anyone who would even look at him because no one would do anything. One of the screens in the Drive-Thru has been out of service for a few months now so they must not care enough to fix that. Multiple times I've gotten home and been missing items from my order.
