The lady who took our order was so rude. Sighed loudly when we asked for an extra spoon. Our ice cream cups were covered in flakes of god knows what. I would NOT recommend this place.
Desperate for a fast-food fix, I rolled the dice on a different McDonald's in Beaumont, TX, hoping for better luck. What I got was a masterclass in frustration. The drive-thru, with only one car ahead of me, stretched into a 10-minute ordeal at window #2 for a simple order: a sausage biscuit, a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, a steak egg and cheese bagel, and two hashbrowns. Fast service food is always fresh.
There people are rude and disrespectful yall need to fix this place I’m very much not loving it.
I’ve usually had bad experiences with our local McDonald’s throughout the different locations. However, today was ABSOLUTELY different. From the time I walked into the door until the time we left, I was treated with nothing but respect and met so many friendly people. One in particular, Jormanny was super nice and friendly.
