We ordered a coffee, and the staff either didn’t hear us or ignored the first order — as a result, we had to pay for the coffee a second time. In the end, we received only one coffee, even though we paid twice. Continuation to follow. I paid for their mistake.
When they handed us our food the girl just said “Here”. Really?! I get it’s not the best job but have some level of courtesy. The burger was microwave reheated. Bun hard, cheese congealed and pickles scalding hot. One of the worst McDonalds I have encountered.
I asked if they could mix the mc flurry for me and they didn't. All i want is my mcflurry to be mixed. please bro.
