I would like to recognize a young guy named Juan. He was working very hard. He was delivering food to tables, wiping tables, and sweeping the floor. He definitely needs a raise!!

Today, I accidentally selected over the counter instead of drive thru on mobile app. I pull up, give my order number, and realized I made the mistake of selecting over the counter pick up and not drive thru. I apologized and asked the employee if they could change and hand me via drive thru. She rudely said if it says over the counter then that what you have to do. I pulled off and left my order.
