The drive-thru employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. While we were waiting for our order, they started talking trash about us in Spanish because they assumed we couldn’t understand them or speak English. That alone was disrespectful, but the attitude throughout the entire interaction made it even worse. My issue was not simply about extra sauce packets — it was the way the situation was handled by the employees working the drive-thru window. We had ordered food and requested extra sauce. When we asked about it at the window, we were immediately met with attitude and told we did not pay for it.
