I've never seen such poor service at a McDonald's. They claimed the order was ready, but it wasn't even placed. Their attitude was extremely rude. The ice cream portion was way too small, and they even touched the top of the ice cream with their hands.
Your McMuffin meals for $4 is a good value, if you want an egg on your muffin it’s NOT $4. What? That’s not a McMuffin. I’m sure nobody knows that. False advertising, so disappointing. Also, why isn’t a regular Egg McMuffin on the value meal? Crazy! I can’t believe I paid $7.01 for an Egg McMuffin & a Lg Iced Tea. Sorry but McDonald’s is so so disappointing. I’m really upset. What are you doing? Not happy.
Ordered food through Door Dash last night. Didn't receive a Diet Coke. I was charged for it. Food was cold. Going to McDonald's sucks. They never got the order right. Been to this same location twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times they messed up my order. Get your act together.
Horrible service I get being understaffed but atleast acknowledge the customers explain the situation smh
