Says open at 4am Stoped by at 5 am it was closed
Just did a door dash was supposed to be picked up at 10:32p.m. took them 30 mins for me to get the order the person even called me asking if everything was ok I felt so bad it shouldn't take 30 mins in the drive thru what happen to the old days where it only took 5 mins definitely have to hire a whole new team so disappointed
Will not spend another penny at any McMarro location. All I wanted was my 2 missing burgers from the drive thru mobile order. Called the store, they answered after the 4th call, was told to come back to the store, assuming the manager would take care of it. Drove all the way back and was refunded instead of just receiving my food, or being provided some sort of compensation for the $10 on gas I spent to get a $5.98 refund. Manager was standing right in front of me the whole time and ignored me instead of at least apologizing... read more
