I don’t eat at McDonald’s often but more times than not if I stop here the 24 hour drive through is closed. Both in the morning and night. Stop and get food somewhere else as it’s the last stop for food heading out of kanata.
They doesn’t know how to treat a customer and have no patience while serving. Worst experience at this location never visiting again!
They told me i cant get an iced coffee with light ice because of the "rules". Apparently this rule was implemented three months ago even though I literally ordered this from them a few days ago and it was fine. Not gonna come to this location anymore because the iced coffee is literally 90% ice with barely any coffee. The manager was poor at communicating and couldnt explain the inconsistency. McDonalds is raising their prices yet the food and service quality is decreasing. Terrible service.
No refills, 50% of reason i go to a mcdonald's
