It used to be super fast when you ordered in the drive thru, but now you are waiting 15 minutes for a McDouble or an Egg McMuffin. I know they might be busy and all, but they seem to get overwhelmed with only 2-3 cars in the drive thru, with small orders. It used to be they would park big orders to get the small orders out but now it seems they just park everyone. Got our order wrong.. corrected, didn't taste the greatest
Told staff twice (two different staff members) that the ketchup was out. They were super nice, but didn't fix it. No ketchup with our meal, and it was still out when I left.
