At 9 pm May4..Just ordered a soft drink. A few customers waiting..one poor guy doing all the work preparing orders..another young lady slowly sweeping the floor all around the guy..she didn't even look up at waiting customers. Finally she poured my drink. Hats off to the young man doing everything while that young lady should be taught about the importance of customer service as it appears she lacks that skill.
Recently i ordered a order I waited 20 min and she had order her hand but she putt on side and she told me we have not your order and she didn’t listen she white old lady maybe manager and her behave very rude
The workers probably shouldn't be handling food with their bare hands.
The two young girls working the cash - one is supposedly a 'team leader's and the other doesn't even wear a name tag. All I asked for was extra pickles..to which the nameless one responded "they did put pickles"...I asked for extra. So she put them in a plastic container and instead of handing them to me put them in the ready tray and laughed with her coworker about it. Made me stand there for almost five minutes.
