This is a horrible location. The staff is at least friendly-ish. If there were more options in this town, they go under quickly. I think they owe me $85 dollars worth of bacon. Every single time, there is a 68% chance the bacon is missing on my "bacon" quarter pounder. I asked the lady at the counter if she would ask them to get it right. She looked me dead in the eye and said "well im not over there how would I know?" I’m tired of giving this location another try! Its drive thru has terrible service every time I go I’m told it’s going to be made fresh and pull up or park in a spot. Now mind you I’ve already waited 10 minutes to place my order and now I’m waiting another 10 minutes for my order to be brought out. I get home maybe 5 minutes away the fries are limp my spicy wraps are hard as a rock and definitely not made fresh. I should have gone to Bobby’s Burger!
They messed up our order, left off some items and added other items. Ok no biggie, we ask them to fix it and it turned into a 10-15 minute event of no one knowing what to do, having to repeat ourselves multiple times to multiple people. So the manager, I believe, says "I'll go make it personally" and presents me with the most sopping wet burger I've ever been given. And one of the burgers had a bite taken out of the patty. Just ordered a drink and some ice cream....it took awhile to go through the drive thru line. When we finally got to the window we were handed melted ice cream and they forgot about our shakes and drinks...but they were somewhat friendly.
