The breakfast was good.
The Hispanic shift manager on 7/17 refused to give me my food I already paid for. I needed to come in to pick up my order. She said I have to go through the drive thru like I’m not standing with a code to pick up my order right in front of her right now. After she was done being with everybody, then she decides to fix my food after having me wait there for 15 mins. I have not ordered from this location in a while. The staff has changed. In the past, my experiences were pleasant including the staff. Today I had a hard McMuffin. I’m assuming it wasn’t toasted well but I was unable to eat it. The hash brown and the sweet tea were good.
This was my favorite store till today 6/23/26 I went thru the drive thru before work since I work really close and ordered a mc crispy deluxe no tomatoes and when they gave it to me I noticed it was dark and hard but I didn't trip since they always have the best food always fresh...when I clocked in and took a bite it was indeed hard and dry because it was over cooked.
