Normally when someone says no lettuce you'd think they'd get no lettuce, but 70% of the time i go here i still get lettuce on my burger. How hard can it be to read?
I responded twice to my customer service request online, but today I received a notice that my case was closed due to no response! First reply was to contact Door Dash. The second reply was about the delivery charge, which had nothing to do with my complaint!!! Now it's case closed?!? My drinks were made wrong and one of them was a medium instead of a large!!
