A senior coffee with cream ordered inside at the counter took 8 minutes to get. Two Doordash delivery guys were waiting to pick up their orders so I was the ONLY customer in sight. FINALLY some young guy asked me if I had ordered. Had he not observed the obvious I might still be standing there! Another we r example of a business taking the customer interaction (service) out of the equation. If you think this is bad, visit a PNC bank facility.
