I responded twice to my customer service request online, but today I received a notice that my case was closed due to no response! First reply was to contact Door Dash. The second reply was about the delivery charge, which had nothing to do with my complaint!!! Now it's case closed?!? My drinks were made wrong and one of them was a medium instead of a large!! Order 2 chicken nuggets kids meals. Went inside to order. They where very rude they couldn't remember the dipping sauce or the 2 chocolate milks had to yell at someone to get the milk. Did this same order a week later same thing happened but ended up walking out with the milk because they were to busy to care so I just took to cups a filled up with pop instead but guess what no lids where stocks ended up finding them in the cupboards under the pop machine myself.
