Tried using the app for this location. It wasn't working correctly. When I arrived at the drive thru, asked if they were having issues with customers using their app. Was told it was because I was sitting in their parking lot. Explained I was trying to use it from elsewhere and it wasn't letting me pay. Was told don't know what to tell you then, which I can understand, however, didn't appreciate tone of the entire conversation. Horrible customer service at counter. Girl don’t even speak or acknowledge customer. Stood at register… No good morning, no what can we make for you today… just SILENCE. People like this should NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC.
employees cannot read basic order remove onion and they put extra to the point there all over the big mac box fries have weird taste and always stale customer service is none existent this store went down hill fast
