At late night there was an issue with a cancelation of my order which should not have been canceled and the manager refused to redo the order. Very poor service.
Does it matter what time of day you come here even if it's first thing in the morning right when they open and there hasn't been any customers, their tables are always filthy and the bathroom is always disgusting. This is the second time I've come in here this week and it's been like this, two different times of the day two different times it was nasty
I will never go back to this location nor order from it when I arrived I specifically told the guy extra fudge on my ice cream. I get the ice cream no fudge get my fries cold and there’s a raw fry in there. The line was so long. Get it together and stop being lazy
