I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru on Sunday, June 28 around 5:00 AM and had a disappointing experience. The employee taking the order was very rude and unprofessional. While placing my order, I was repeatedly told to “speak up” in a disrespectful tone. I also mentioned there might be a speaker issue, but I was told the system was working fine and the rude tone continued. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses it, as everyone should be treated with respect.
Food is horrendous never fresh and try wearing gloves or wash your hands!
Had a late night Value meal. Service was good, but busy in the back as the Drive thru had many late night customers.
This was the first time I’ve ever been disappointed by McDonald’s. We went through and got three orders. On the first two orders the fries were cold and the third one was not salted. The burger buns were all stale. They also forgot a drink so we went back around. When we told them the fries were no good, they said that that wasn’t possible they were made fresh and always salted. Will not be coming back.
