Took 30 minutes in drive thru . 30 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 mcdoubles and then the bread was burnt . I hate this McDonald's and the one on tunnel road but stopped tonight for my kids and it was in the way home. Yall truly suck.
The worst experience ive ever had, I pulled uo to the drive through empty and had the person at speaker tell me its gonna be a few minutes they where by themselves which happens i understand but I waited 20 minutes with no one talking to me at all and when I pulled around there was no one else in the drive through and the restaurant was empty empty. Yall need to get it together because this is multiple times of bad experiences that this is just the icing on the cake to have me never return to this location. I should have hee... read more
(Written while waiting on someone to talk to anyone in the drive thru) It's been around 20 minutes at this point and no one has said anything over the speaker to anyone of the now 4 of us in the drive
"AVOID THIS LOCATION." Wait time was nearly 45 minutes. Almost no staff to be seen. Literally watched other customers leave the drive thru lane due to the service being so slow. When we got to the window we found out that our mobile order disappeared from the queu and they tried to give us another customer's order. We asked why the service was so slow and the window person said its because it was Sunday and everybody was off on Sunday and we probably thought we ordered chic-fil-a.
