To buy a pastry, you have to wait 20 minutes for them to heat it up... What is going on with your service?
Food was a little cold. Luke warm. But editable. Kinda busy I thought for 2pm.
Awful location. Got here at 530 before my flight, no customer in the store, nobody driving in the drive thru and somehow they still messed up my order. I mean I thought the screen shows you everything? Then when I waited at the counter for idk maybe 10 mins (while I heard the staff laughing and having fun in the back) I finally had to scream to get help, which is crazy because I hate attention to myself of being disrespectful. This McDonald’s needs new leaders and they need to train people
I had a terrible experience with the shift working right now—September 28, 2026, at 11:30. It seems that instead of serving customers, they just mess around with the food and treat people poorly. The fries had absolutely no salt, and the soda was overflowing—it stained the inside and outside of my car; if you check the security cameras, you’ll see it happen when I dumped out the drink.
