I don't know what has happened to this location in the last month, but they've changed the staff and the service has gone downhill big time as a result. If you come in to the lobby it's very difficult to get service and sometimes the kiosks aren't even operating. I've also noticed that there are fewer customers going through the drive-thru so word must be getting around.
Awful. We waited 20 minutes for a hamburger. Straight trash. This McDonalds is the absolute worst. Go to Wendy's or the McDonalds by Polaris. Tried it again and still sucks

Picking up a door dash at 7pm. NO ONE in the lobby and it looks like this. And what's worse the kitchen is even more disgusting. Timed it for the order not being ready. 6 soft drinks and a happy meal..... 12 mins
