I ordered a frappe. They had me pull into a spot to wait for it. One drink. I waited 10 minutes. Ridiculous. 2nd time this has happened here.
Had a mobile order for drive thru, had to go inside to get my food and they wouldn’t give it to me. The manager seemed frustrated. I guess it’s hard to bring a bag of food, that’s been paid for, from the drive thru window to the front counter. Had to cancel my order and leave.
The employee forgot 2 of my items.
