Stood at the counter to make an order and was ignored so I went to another restaurant across the street. They got the good review. McDonald's should train employees better at this location.
I will never nderstand how we wait almost 20 mins in the drive through. This is unacceptable and the last time I visit here! If you're in a rush...dont stop here. They take forever...and when you come up to the window after waiting, you have than park and wait for someone to bring it to you.
I never received my curbside order. I go in with my digital receipt showing that im at the correct location. The manager says sometimes the app messes up and sends it to another location and that there’s nothing they can do as far as giving me a refund or even fulfilling the order. I’m just out of luck. I’m simply glad I only wasted $18 and that I didn’t order more.
