Repeated Mistakes and Poor Customer Service Every time I order a Happy Meal, something is missing — last time it was the milk, before that the apple slices, and once even the French fries. It’s frustrating to deal with these repeated mistakes. What’s worse is how my child was treated. The lady at the front is always upset and was impolite, which is unacceptable — especially when dealing with children. If this kind of behavior continues, I strongly recommend finding another location.
Forgot my bbq sauce ruined my night
I have worked in a store in the shopping center where this McDonald’s is for a year and a half. I frequent this location at least once a week and have always left with a smile on my face. The staff are all incredibly kind, patient, and their food is made with care and meticulously packaged. Thank you for being a McDonald’s that truly exceeds compared to many other locations!! Well done!!
