I dont understand why it is so hard for you guys to fill an order correctly. Its pathetic.
On July 17 at approximately 11:14 a.m., I ordered two senior coffees, one cup of hot water, and two packets of Splenda from the employee. About 7–8 minutes later, I was served only the two coffees. I then had to go back to the counter to ask for the hot water, then ask again for two packets of Splenda, then ask for a coffee stirring stick, and finally ask for a napkin. Ordered a dirty dr. Pepper and it had no cold foam it was a normal dr. Pep and ordered a caramel frappe and it came with barley to none caramel
