I came here on November 29th 2025 and the service was much worse than usual. We sat in the drive through for 20 minutes, just for them to give us the wrong cheeseburgers, and a black coffee instead of a coke. I am usually considerate of new employees but both employees working in the drive through seemed like they had never worked a day in their life. They asked us to repeat what we wanted 4 times yet they still messed up. Three cars sped out of the drive through as they were waiting along with us in the line.
Slowest drive thru I've ever seen or experience. The line is always at least until the entrance whether we're driving by or trying to visit. Update to the app doesn't allow for you to change how you get your order anymore, so you're stuck for about 15 minutes in line, if "lucky". I've maybe gotten one order correct when I didn't have to go inside for a correction. Last visit we spent $3+ per plain ice cream and the guy working was pretty rude and the cups were half empty. Friendly staff and yummy food
I got scammed they said I would get all my food got it one at a time they got my milkshake size wrong on purpose and they also never gave me my change
