“if i could just have you pull up to spot number 8, we’ll have that right out” if you hear any variation of this phrase - just ask for a refund and leave.
This afternoon I was in the drive through line at least 40 minutes. It took about 20 minutes to order. I should have known then there was an issue and left. When I ordered there were 3 cars in front of me. It took 20 minutes until there was one car in front of me. The pay window was unmanned, I assume from understaffing. The guy in front of me paid at the pick up window. After almost 8 minutes he still had not received his food. I cut my losses and left at that point.
