Wow, does this McDonalds suck! If you're on your lunch break, go somewhere else. I promise you'll never make it back on time. A mobile order should not take 45 minutes. Just to get the wrong food. This is the slowest, dirtiest most incompetent McDonalds I have EVER EVER been in. 30+ minute wait times on any order. Even if you're the only one there. Wow, does this McDonalds suck! I would giveI work this place a zero if I could. They should change their name from "Fast food" to "Very Slow Food". I work 3 miles away. I ordered my food at 11:44 per the app and drove there to get it. Get there at 12:10 and my order is not ready! I asked for assistance as I only have a 30 minute lunch break.Waited till 12:23 and asked again. By this time I've been waiting 40 minutes and still have no food! every time I decide to go here, the drive thru is extremely even if I am the only person in line, like this morning. I pulled in and right up to the speaker, ended up waiting 10 minutes with no greeting from an employee. I ended up leaving with no food. Not worth wasting your time to even pull through their parking lot
Last 3 visits It’s been a waiting game. One day was 1.5 hours. Drive thru orders. We get home and realize we were missing a chicken sandwich small fry and was overcharged. Yes. I emailed the address at the drive thru window. Receipt included.Was told they would make it right. Went back and they refused to make it right. Ahhh. Exactly what I expect when I stop For a milkshake and fries. Good for the first couple bites/sips, then - fine with handing it off to share that experience.
