Horrible management Sunday May 9th. Around 4PM. Cant even fill the fries for what you pay for either
Tried to stop in tonight and im assuming the manager (braided ponytail) was having a complete and total meltdown with only one order. Rude to customers instead of just explaining he was behind and overwhelmed. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ended up leaving and going to court st
Train your people better. First the lady at the window told me she couldn't give me a cup of water because they were backed up. Then this is how many fries we got. And there was hair in our other fries.
Staff blames each other for some simple burgers. Waited 34 min for 2 burgers. This place McDonald’s has the worst food service.
