I went in this time because it seems when I go to drive thru something seems to get messed up. So I go in order my food two plain double cheeseburger meals. I get home I give my girlfriend the bag and they're missing the two double cheeseburgers.I tried calling the phone number to let them know I'd be coming back and it went straight to voicemail, so I drive back I go in the place and told them they forgot my burgers and they looked at me like I was crazy. UPDATE This McDonald's has been a downhill and everytime we go to the drive through, we get the weing orders or missing something. At least the food would be good but its also slow
Hands down the worst cheeseburgers ive ever had at a McDonald's. Super oily, smashed, and had a weird aftertaste. Literally could not finish either one. Disgusting. Clean your grill!!!!! Also took forever to get the food.
Manager screamed at me on the phone when I very politely told them they got my order wrong after making me wait an hour in the drive through.
The service here isn't as good anymore. They've started shorting me on my eggs and they have a bit of an attitude problem at the pickup window. Possibly a different manager? It's tough times for everyone nowadays, they shouldn't take it out on the few customers who still go there.
