We had two orders of French fries and no napkins! Yikes!
I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin with cheese and this is what I got very disappointed because I was rushing to work I wasn't able to go back and tell them and get the right sandwich .. wasted money for the sandwich I didn't end up eating ..
Went through the drive-through and came home with one order short! It’s not worth my time and gas to go back there and fight with them!
It's frustrating that walk in customers are actively ignored, while app and drive thru orders get top-service.
