Drive through line was way too long so I went inside. I was told to order at the kiosk or not at all. Nobody would take my order so I left. Really disappointed with the lack of customer focus.
This whole group needs to be fired. Anyone responsible for managing the team on 11/15/25 at approximately 3:00pm should resign immediately or be fired. What a joke this location is. Update. Don’t waste peoples time if you’re not going to follow through. This is nothing more than lip service if you don’t make changes. Paying people $20 per hour and passing that cost onto the customer, means the service should reflect a higher quality. All you need to do is look at the number of 1 star reviews.

Trashy lobby rude employees long lines and my breakfast burrito had freaking plastic in it but honestly that's morning however the night team are really nice and good energy
Update: This has to be one of the worst locations in the entire sacramento area. They still get ALL online orders wrong, mess up doordash orders and NEVER read special instructions.... there are McDonalds off Stockton blvd or ever over off northgate area that have better service..... dont waste time and money at this location!!!! This location is slow and consistently wrong on mobile and door dash orders. Even going through the drive-through can result in them giving a wrong order.
