This restaurant took forever just to let me pay. Horrible customer service and makes their customers wait forever. i tried to get ice cream and it’s took at least 20 minutes.
The vanilla iced coffee was the worst I've ever had. FAR too sweet. I drink these all the time and have never had one this bad. The employee was also rude in the drive thru asking me if I had made an order when I was waiting to pay already
Got food late at night and came back to home to find a moth in my bag. Really disgusting
No refund even though I didn't receive my food. I ordered through the app for curbside pickup, my app showed the selected location as Prince of Wales. When I arrived at that location, the app prompted me to put my spot number, and the order was accepted. After waiting 15 minutes, I drove to the drive thru only for them to say they never received my order.
