Rating: 3 out of 5 stars The food at McDonald's was actually pretty good—hot, fresh, and just what I expected. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The early morning staff - drive thru - seemed unengaged and not very friendly. It felt like they could definitely use some training in basic customer service and communication. Overall, the food made up for it, but the experience could’ve been much better with improved service.
