I was charged double for the breakfast deal and I phoned back and was told technically even though it doesn’t say it the egg is not included and our system is not set up for it!!!! What!!!!!! I’m like I just ordered what was advertised and charged me double???? Oh and made excuses for it never again Coaldale McDonald’s
Terrible service! Went through drive through. Incredibly rude. Just moved to Coaldale. Doubt I’ll be back
So my very good friend came to my place after going through a drivethru in Coaldale AB… She was so upset she was in tears ! After hearing her story… I advised to call the manager. Once connected, the manager was extremely rude and unkind and food not recognize the error he had made with my friends order. The Manager was on speaker phone during the conversation and I overhear everything. He needs to be removed as manager and my friend needs to be mitigated for the emotional trama induced by the manager.
Sitting and waiting for your order is silly when you are the only car orderi g at the window. Prices are too high for any real value.
