Some pretty dumb people working there and way overpriced so they’ve gone up so bad that it’s not even affordable anymore
Made a mistake on ordering online and they wouldn't fix it at All never go there again, and made me pay for it, didn't even eat it- big Mac with No meat ??? really
Why can you not listen to the customers when they give you their order? STOP asking if they want to add more to their order when they have clearly said 'that will be all'. Then when you go to pay at the window, make sure the person taking your money knows exactly what your order is. I told the guy 3 times what my order was and he STILL could not get it right, so I drove away and took my business somewhere else. Good by Mickey D!
Waiting for a small hot chocolate for 10 minutes. When I got it, it was cold already.
Didn’t get some of our order and went in to get it and the staff were arguing with each other that they wouldn’t have missed it but in fact they did.
