So multiple times now I’ve ordered a BLT bagel, add sausage, and either it comes with no sausage or they take the bacon off in its place, so I pay a extra $1.20 for them to remove my bacon and forget sausage…. And for some reason they added cheese? Wish they could get an order right for once, this is the third time I’ve either paid to have thing removed from my sandwich or just not gotten them at all. Very dissatisfied with the inability of the kitchen staff to read the monitor right…..

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. This is now the third time my order has been incorrect. On this visit, I was given the wrong items and was also overcharged for food that I never ordered. When I tried to address the issue, the manager (shift manager and store manager) was rude and unprofessional instead of helping resolve the situation.
