Ice cream machine down but they don’t let you know until after you paid.
I don’t care what anyone says this is the best McDonald’s in the state everyone here is lovely and I’ve genuinely never had a problem with my food. Fries always hot nuggets always crunchy. I go out of my way to come to this location every time. Thank you guys
Absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald’s on 22nd Street in West Des Moines. 8/7/26 around 9:30pm My order was incomplete, so I simply asked the employee at the drive-thru window for the missing item. Instead of checking the order or politely helping me, she immediately became extremely rude and loudly told me that I had not paid for it. Not clean. Food and drinks made wrong. When the manager was spoken to she was beyond rude.
