One word describes this establishment. Abysmal. Every time I have gone through the drive through my order takes at least 15 minutes. While I wait, I get to watch 10+ drive through orders come out before mine and watch the hopeless staff go car to car asking everyone what they ordered. The manager ended up asking me three times what my order was. Then when she brought it out it was wrong, so I wait some more for the missing item. Upon opening up our food one sandwich had the wrong meat and one was missing cheese.

Whatever you do, if asked, don’t pull up to the 3rd window. They forget about you and you sit there watching car after car after car get their orders and drive away. This has happened to me numerous times, waiting for plain iced coffee, which doesn’t take any longer than prepping a soda. I had to wait for the long line of cars BEHIND me to get their food and drive away. I then backed up to the window to ask for my iced coffee. No apology despite being told how long I had been waiting.

Good food. Not sure why they made us pull around the side but stop doing that. No one was behind us. We actually would have had no wait if we just sat there at the window either. Cause as soon as we pulled around someone popped out with our food. In any event. The food tasted good like I always remembered. Haven't been to a McDs in years.
