Stepped in here at 7PM, walked out at 733PM. Nobody inside in line had their order ever taken when we were told 15 minutes prior someone would help us. Kiosks were down, and we were just walked past multiple times by the manager doing curbside/takeout for drive thru. I was on the clock for work with my customer expecting me. I ended up being extremely late and still, no food or service.
Drive thru was insanely fast, staff was friendly, and order was correct
I ordered off the app and when they gave us my order My brother went up to go get two buffalo sauces for his burger, but they were saying no and it’s not free. It’s $.25 but other times we’ve been here. It was free and they gave it to us for free. And before that, another person went up there and got one for free, but she was denying us so then when she went outside to give somebody their food, we asked another worker to give it to us and they gave it to us.
