Overall the service was fast and friendly. My issue with this McDonald's is the shorting on the fries. I got a size medium fries with a size small amount of fries. This is the only time I have come to this McDonald's instead of the one on Eola and Hafenrichter and it will be the last time. Great service, terrible nickle and diming on the fries.

The manager was very, very disrespectful very rude. They so slow they need extra help. I’m giving his Raven the one due to bad performance not smiling no good customer service. She threw the food on the counter and she was just so disrespectful corporate you guys need to talk to the ex your lady that works in the morning short lady.
The manger here is the rudest person I’ve ever met in life. Argumentative, entitled, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. She cuts you off while you talk and isn’t kind to anyone other than Hispanics in the restaurant. The food is ALWAYS made wrong, cold or nasty the coupon codes don’t work most of the time and when they have to fix it in the drive thru they are absolutely TERRIBLE.
