Late night crew sucks and I everytime I go it’s a bad experience. Also the managers who’s is African American with an accent is incredibly rude with no good customer service why does she even work there. She was rude on the microphone and was shocked when I didn’t want food anymore I had to drive to a different location where the customer service is better. The night crew at this location needs to get it together.
This McDonald’s is closest to our home and we always order delivery. We always have something missing from our order from a drink, to sauces, and food. We had to pay extra just for buffalo when we had to drive there because they didn’t put it in our order which is already included with the nuggets. The girl with glasses and braids just told us that’s a DoorDash issue and proceeded to charge us for buffalo. Please put the sauce in the bag!!!!! This place is great but often I never get my sauces and it’s a very small problem but they are part of the best part of the food… no one wants dry nuggies and fries :(
Like that they are open 24 hours, service took a bit but was polite and I got fresh food at 1 am. Thanks guys!
