We had a very large order for the family and the staff was super polite and fast at getting it together. The fries came out hot and everything was delicious. Thank you team at The Quincy and Buckley location. Way to do it up right!
Employees bairly speak english how can you have someone who cant speak english at the register takeing orders?
Look. We all make mistake. But when we do we should own it and over compensate. Unless you think everyone is trying to steal from you. But me a first time ever complainant should not be treated that way. I wrote in within minutes of mistake. Ordered no onions, receipt said no onions, box paper said no onions. Yet there they were.
