Please note that this review pertains to this specific McDonald’s location only. Upon arrival, we were directed to order exclusively through the kiosks. Unfortunately, the process was confusing—not just for us, but for several other guests as well. I observed a couple nearby who were also struggling to place their order. After we submitted our order, it was prepared incorrectly multiple times, affecting more than one item. What was intended to be a quick stop during our travels ended up taking much longer than necessary.
