I wish there's a way to rate less than one star. This place CONSTANTLY messes up your orders. It's like, almost intentional. The lady at the window, rude as hell, manager is even worse. If you can avoid this place, please don't waste your time. Never again will I go back here.
Gave me a really undercooked egg and burning coffee that was wayyyy too hot. Now my deals keep disappearing after I use them at this place. Now this is the 3rd time my deal didn't work. The only way it works is if I go all the way around a second time. Recently its all been great. No way to remove deals from breakfast if their system is down. For lunch. Food was disgusting. Fries were beyond stale like they were refried. Bathrooms were out of order. I have a child that's disabled and I needed to clean her up, but had to leave due to the bathrooms being out of order. The floors were FILTHY and trash overflowing with trash. The employees were lazy and didnt even bother sending the food to the table were it was requested with the number placards they have at the kiosks. They also didnt greet nor help anyone. I went to the drive thru at about 845pm on a Tuesday and the drive thru had about 11 cars ahead of me. I waited about 10 mins then I decided to go inside since the cars didn't move at all. Four people were at a table waiting for their order and two were standing waiting. I waited but the employees were only working on the drive thru customers. This place needs more employees. I left.
