Out of the 2 Mcdonald's in West Bend this is the better location. The service is typically fast and the food come out hot. Staff is friendly.
Love the curbside option and it was fresh.
They are always out of ketchup in the pump dispenser on the beverage bar, or they have ketchup and are out of the small cups you put the ketchup in. They don't keep up on cleaning and servicing the seating area.
Absolutely terrible. Ordered a #9 and my chessburgers have hard cheese and hard rubbery burger as its been sitting under the lights for a long time. I used to work their so I know whay it looks like. If I could upload the pictire I would cause its nasty. With is going on with customer service now days? Absolutely ridiculous
