Last two times I ordered food, it was difficult to get someone to talk to get sugars, straws just communicate. They need to be more attentive. 1 star for customer service
Mc Donald's use to be my go to take out place. But recently I have been to McDonald's 3 times. Twice I was charged for the wrong meal in the drive thru. The person in the window said is this your meal I said yes & I was still charged wrong. I even got parked & had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. I have been trying so hard to get one of these huntrix meals. I have ordered so many, and have only been given normal meals. Is this some kind of a scam??? I complained to the BBB. This is so stupid. Why are they not providing these meals as advertised??? If they are out they need to say they are out and stop scamming people!!!!!
