The manager went out of her way to charge us extra for tap water. I understand that may be policy, and I accepted that. However, when our order came out incorrectly, her attitude was disappointing. There was no apology, no genuine effort to make things right, and she didn't honor the free kids' menu item that was advertised on the large sign outside. It felt like a double standard.
