Mix up the order, no apologies. Never coming back to this location.
The customer service is really bad at 12 pm The ladys do not treat customers well. They avoid taking orders in the front and ignore you when you need to pay with cash. They treat the students that go out for lunch really bad and make the students late ! It took 25 minutes to take orders In front of the lobby. The kiosk are never working for cash
Went in earlier today to get breakfast and was missing a sandwich at the counter. I sat there for a good 10 minutes before your terrible manager Sandra walked over and acted like I just killed her cat or something. Disrespectful, rushing, lazy, inefficient and from what I’ve seen just throws all the workload on her other slaves. Will NOT be coming back to this restaurant ever again. Get yourself together especially as a manager.
