They consistently get breakfast orders wrong and poorly done. Two times hotcakes arrived hard as cardboard, and my last order they forgot 2 items in my order done through the app.
Not satisfying
The drive thru staff are way too concerned with going fast. They forget items all the time. They basically always neglect to include a straw, and just this morning they didn't put my pie in the bag and I didn't notice until I was on the highway
