Ben, or whoever was working the drive thru window number 1 at 7:00pm on the night of 06/28/26 needs to be fired, I’ve never experienced costumer service so poorly!!! He yelled and screamed about me for riding my e-bike to the drive thru, I had no idea that was a rule or policy since there were no signs or verbiage posted and then he demanded I leave after I tried to explain to him that I already ordered. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went through the drive-thru around 1:30 AM on Saturday, and not only was the staff extremely rude and disrespectful, but they also failed to give me my order. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the mistake, they treated me with a terrible attitude. I paid expecting basic customer service and left frustrated without my food.
