I usually order a fish filet with no cheese and no tartar sauce on line and pick it up. I emphasizes at the drive through that I do not want the tartar sauce or cheese. 8 out of 10 times I end up with cheese on the filet. The receipt always says plain when I receive the order. I cannot understand what is so difficult about following instructions. This particular McDonalds has been more of a problem than others.
Went there to pick order, employee told to wait at side corner. No one came to give order and waited for about 10 minutes. Went again to drive thru and then employee told now she will make the food. Just wasted time being there.
