Just went in to the ness location, waited over 5 mins while the workers yapped and ignored me. Finally my order was taken. 2 drinks only. Large sprite, I had to ask them to fill the cup because it was not full, by more then an inch and a half. And a salted caramel ice coffee. Which I pay extra for flavoring. It did not have the flavoring and when I said there is no flavoring the girl said. "I put it in". Clearly it wasn't, flavored, because I tasted it and told her there was no salted caramel flavoring. don’t know who needs to hear this, but cream cheese and mayo are not distant cousins — they’re not even on speaking terms. I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and instead got a bagel absolutely packed with mayo like it was training for a condiment Olympics. First bite was pure confusion, second bite was betrayal, and the third bite didn’t happen. It smelled so sour and bad but I thought maybe that was the extra cream cheese. Obviously I was delusional.
