Very bad customer service. They have car parking for pickup deliveries but never deliver there .Every time ask for drive through. Even in long car line . Every time they take long time to prepare food.
As a former Mcd mgr from the 80's to 90's I have some form of expectation from the restaurant giant. However 15 min for 2 x McDouble value meal is far below even todays standard. On floors mgrs reasoning was "sorry, it is busy" In my day we would have got yelled and and given our money back. I am not that guy. Please do better. 12:20, Feb 24, 2026.
Worst McDonald’s i ever visit !!! Manager BALJINDER is never care about customers. I ask her to open the washroom she said wait, i almost wait for 5 minutes for that. she is too egotistic & rude. they also yelling at their employees.
