i’ve never left a review before but i just feel like i have to, the lady on the speaker and first window is always so disgustingly rude. any place i know in the food industry would’ve fired somebody who speaks to the customers the way she does. everyone else seems pretty nice. also want to note im always nice and she’s still rude and the costumers she gets mad and yells at will just be asking something simple not even rude. no one is expecting 5 star service at a fast food drive thru but she just has no home training.

I just came through the drive through tonight and I received my fries Burt. The fries was hard as a brick. Also my double quarter did not have my Big Mac sauce on it and I was charged for it. My order number was 1261
Food. Sitting for a long time.added cold cheese to crusty dry burger. Cashier. Attitude. Went four times. All four same. Play place. Restroom access. GREAT parking lot. Large two order lanes. Avoid this location. Go 1 mile north to Ford rd mcdonalds.
Homeless people always hanging. Worst service.
