Purchased an order through the drive through at 1618 on 5/17/26. After paying for the order I sat for 20 minutes waiting to get to the second window. When I arrived to the second window I was informed they had no sodas. That’s not an issue as I understand things happen. I asked for a refund for the drinks as I paid extra for them. One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.
Service should have zero stars. This is by far the worst Service experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. They were out of an item, which is fine, when I asked them to remove it from my order the lady said do it from the app. When I asked how she got an attitude as if I was doing something wrong by asking. There's no option to remove individual items from your order on the app after its paid for. That item was never removed.
