I understand why they make you pull up and wait, but it's annoying when the people that bring the food out are clueless to who it goes to and often gives your purchase to the wrong vehicle. On top of that, they ask the people waiting in the back of the line instead of the front. Doesn't make sense. Tired of this kind of service, they need to be trained better. Won't be going back

Awful experience. Waited over 30 minutes for a curbside order. Manager was yelling at the team, but barely bagging stuff.
